The room was spacious, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing.

Unexpected charm in the chaos
The lobby was filled with the delightful aroma of freshly baked cookies, making every entry feel like home. Staff were friendly and engaging, truly enhancing my stay.
Unfortunately, the room showed signs of neglect. A dirty pillowcase and unvacuumed floors made the initial impression less favorable, overshadowing an otherwise pleasant environment.

We enjoyed our stay with 5 teenagers and 2 children. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was perfect after a hot day spent exploring the trails of Hitchcock Woods. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had plenty of options that suited everyone.
My kids wished there was a playground or a safe outdoor area for them to play. It would have made their stay much more enjoyable. While the hotel was nice, a little more for kids would elevate the experience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 04kitchenette setupvaried breakfastspacious suitecleanliness issues
A solid breakfast spread featuring scrambled eggs, sausages, and fresh fruits made mornings a bit more bearable. The Presidential suite provided a decent kitchenette setup with a microwave and refrigerator, which came in handy for late-night snacks after a long day.
The hotel suffered from a serious lack of cleanliness. arriving to find food remnants and dirty linens in the room isn't exactly the best welcome. Additionally, the fitness center feels neglected, with broken equipment and dated decor that could use a full renovation. Hallways carried strange odors, likely from smoke, since guests were allowed to puff away inside, which might not sit well with everyone. Right next door, loud neighbors blasting music made for a less-than-ideal sleeping environment. Lastly, the constant drip from the bathroom faucet proved annoying throughout the stay.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the spacious parking lot. The breakfast was better than expected with a nice variety, which I enjoyed given my travels from Italy. However, I faced poor communication regarding a power outage, leading to an unsafe situation with loud gatherings at the entrance.
There was poor communication about the power outage and the lack of safety measures during this time.
